Gulf Coast Construction Career Center (GCCCC) The Building & Construction Trades Department is working together in the Gulf Coast Region of the United States to help re-build not just the infrastructure, but lives. Through a new program - the Gulf Coast Construction Career Center (GCCCC), we are taking steps to address the construction industry's critical needs for skilled workers. The Department has partnered with the AFL-CIO's Housing Investment Trust, which has announced a $1 billion initiative to help re-build the New Orleans area. GCCCC, however, is a long-term program of regional workforce development for all of the Southeastern United States.   Contact GCCCC |
